From the farm Olyfkloof in the heart of the Boland, comes an olive oil crushed from the finest olives that South Africa has to offer. Olive oil so full of aromas and flavors it seduces your senses. Olyfkloof is cradled between the sandstone mountains of the Hex Valley, 6km from the sleepytown, De Doorns. The farm benefits from higher elevation, which contributes to harsh winter temperatures and a long wet and rainy season, which starts from May to September. In summer the area advances of long periods of sunshine, high temperatures and dry spells.
Olyfkloof Olive nursery
Owner of Olyfkloof started the olive tree nursery in 2002 . In 2004 he established a mother block on the farm. Olyfkloof”s nursery grows the most important cultivars for quality oil production as well as for table olive processing. It supplies tens of thousands of different olive tree cultivars to farms throughout South Africa, Namibia and Zimbabwe each year.

Our olives are hand harvested and picked at the optimum ripeness when the green olives turning colour. This way we obtain high quality oils with high antioxidant levels. Olyfkloof produces only Extra Virgin Olive Oil, the highest standard on the market.Our oils are in dark bottles to protect the product against light. The bottle is sealed immediately and this guarantees the quality of contents
